Located just north of Loop 1604 and IH10 West, in the Crowne Ridge subdivision, the Knights of Columbus Council 4140 Hall is north of Fiesta Texas and adjacent to La Cantera Golf Course, home of the Texas Open, and west of IH 10, at 6909 Camp Bullis Road, San Antonio, TX, 78256.
The Hall space may be divided into two rooms (or one single, large room); can seat from 100 to 650 guests; and has a large sign-in area, gift area, and spacious bar area. There is a modern and spacious kitchen area designed for catering large groups of up to 700.

Knights of Columbus, Immaculate Conception Council 4140 Home Association
The Columbus Club, as the Home Association is called, is charged with the responsibility of maintaining the operation and maintenance of the beautiful and largest Knights of Columbus facility in the Archdiocese of San Antonio.
Within its boundaries lies a modern banquet and meeting hall facility in over two acres at the foot of the Texas Hill Country and next door to the legendary Texas Open Golf Course of La Cantera Resort Hotel.

The size of the hall is over 8,000 square feet with a seated capacity of 650.
A full size bar complements the facility serving a good variety of domestic and imported beer and wine and wine coolers. Additionally, the renter has other options to consider including keg beer, kept in a large walk in cooler, and a Margarita Machine.
The kitchen area is spacious and the pantry is a full size room located in the northern side of the building. An automatic dish washer a stove, convection oven, stand up freezers and a convention size serving area rounds out the large kitchen.
The Columbus Club is run by an elected Board of Directors chosen by the membership of Council 4140. The Board is charged with the responsibility of overseeing the operation of the building under a hall manager who answers to the board. The hall manager, then, runs the facility on a daily basis. Under his care is the booking of events, maintenance of the building and the general welfare and safety of the hall.
A bar manager manages, stocks supplies for the bar, and coordinates the bar schedule and bartenders with the bookings of the hall. The bar manager falls under the general supervision of the hall manager.
A maintenance person is also under contract and is responsible for the cleanliness and the subsequent areas such as stocking of all supplies for the upkeep of the facility, reporting problems and general maintenance concerns to the hall manager.
